Job Summary:
Drives profitable sales growth by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new business relationships through a consultative sales approach. This individual must be able to successfully lead and influence in a rapidly changing, complex business environment with significant multi-national employee population.
Responsibilities:
Skills Requirements:
10 or more years of experience, preferably selling business process outsourcing solutions. Proven track record in developing and cultivating relationships with BPO service buyers. Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business and manage a multi-million dollar pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. International travel is also requirement for this role.
