Job Summary:

Supports global compliance initiatives related to Records Management, Integrity Hotline, Anti-Corruption, Litigation.


Responsibilities:

  • Works with and supports Quality Senior Manager’s on Reports, Regulatory and Audit (Internal and External) commitments, and other actions as needed.
  • Works along with Quality Team and Senior Manager’s on developing deliverables.
  • Retrieves, analyzes, evaluates, summarizes and tabulates data for informed reporting to the site and upper management.
  • Identifies deficiencies and works along with the Quality Team to take the necessary corrective actions.
  • Supports site audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Coordinates meetings, calls and meeting minutes as needed.
  • Investigates and documents Quality and Compliance related deviations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Skills Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience in Quality and Compliance.
  • Excellent computer, written, analytical and verbal communication skills are required.


Education Requirements:

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.


Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
